Welcome to the ECS Scrub Uniform Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This website is powered by Wix and managed by Gear Up Nation. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility

Products on this website are offered exclusively to ECS employees or persons approved by ECS for purchase.

By using this site, you confirm that you are an ECS employee or an authorized purchaser approved by ECS.
2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise arranged for scrub allowance adjudication with ECS.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including name spelling, job title, work site, garment size, and customization information.

We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

RCC and ECS orders must be on seperate transactions.
3. Scrub Allowance

Eligible employees may use ECS scrub allowance dollars towards their purchase of embroidered uniforms and scrubs.

Orders exceeding the allowance balance require personal payment of the remaining amount at checkout. Credit card information will be requested at check out for remaining balance or for items outside of the ECS and RCC policy.

Blank products purchased without embroidery are not eligible for ECS reimbursement.

Job title and work site information is required to adjudicate allowance eligibility with ECS.
4. Processing & Rush Orders

Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, which includes procuring blank garments, embroidery decoration, and packing.

Rush processing is available for a 20% additional fee, subject to garment availability and supplier stock.

5. Backorders & Supplier Interruptions

Occasionally, items may be on backorder or delayed due to supplier interruptions. We will contact you promptly to provide alternative options, updated timelines, or the option to cancel and refund the unavailable item.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship via standard ground shipping at a flat rate of $15 within the United States.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

In-house delivery is available to ECS work sites, and pick-up is available at Gear Up Nation, 4966 Plainfield Ave, Grand Rapids, MI 49525.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the customized nature of embroidered products.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases of confirmed production defects or incorrect items sent due to our error.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement for defective or incorrect items.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, logos, and descriptions, is the property of Gear Up Nation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, including delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Spoilage Disclaimer
Gear provided by outside vendors is embroidered at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for spoilage due to machine or embroidery errors not caused by user oversight. Garments may be refused for decoration if unsuitable due to limited imprint area, incompatible fabric, or other production concerns.
