All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized nature of embroidered products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than production defects.

 

Accuracy of Data Entry

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including:

• Correct spelling of names or credentials

• Accurate job title and work site for embroidery and allowance adjudication

• Correct garment size selection

• Accurate shipping or pick-up details

Orders will be decorated exactly as entered by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for errors in submitted order details.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If your item is defective or you received an incorrect order due to our production error:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pick-up at gearupnation1@gmail.com.

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or error.

3. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement at no cost to you.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered

• Change of mind after order placement

• Errors in spelling, title, or customization details entered by the customer
