Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Processing includes procuring blank garments, decorating them with embroidery, and packing them for the client.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up.
Rush Processing

Rush processing is available for an additional 20% fee.

Rush orders are prioritized to be completed as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days, but are subject to garment availability.

To request rush processing, please select the rush option at checkout or contact gearupnation1@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 per order within the United States.

Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping unless otherwise arranged.

ECS provides shipping when delivery address is +25 miles from the corporate office in Grand Rapids, MI
Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
In-House Delivery for ECS

For orders delivered directly to ECS work sites, your order will be included in the next scheduled delivery after processing is complete.

You will receive notification when your order has been delivered to your work site.
Order Pick-Up
If you select pick-up at checkout:

Orders can be picked up at Gear Up Nation, 4966 Plainfield Ave, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 during normal business hours.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pick-up at gearupnation1@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Backorders & Supplier Interruptions

Occasionally, items may be on backorder or unavailable due to supplier interruptions or manufacturer delays.

In such cases, we will contact you promptly to provide alternative options, an updated timeline, or the option to cancel and refund the unavailable item.

Gear Up Nation is not responsible for delays caused by supplier or manufacturer stock shortages.
